DRUG COURT

 This handbook is designed to answer questions, address concerns, and provide overall  information about the Drug Court Program. As a participant, you will be expected to follow the  instructions given in Drug Court by the Judge and comply with the treatment developed for you  by your treatment team. This handbook will detail what is expected of you as a Drug Court  Participant and review general Program information. All participants are encouraged to share this  handbook with family and friends.   

ANNA MCBRIDE COURT (Wellness)

  Welcome to the 20th District Division II Wellness Court Program.   This handbook will help you:  1. Know how Wellness Court works  2. Know Team Expectations  3. View needed paperwork  4. Store paperwork and receipts.  Wellness Court uses:  1. Criminal Justice Services  2. Treatment Services  3. Community Supports  

EARLY DIVERSION COURT

  The Early Diversion Program has been developed with the hope that it will help  participants avoid further offenses, charges, and further involvement in the criminal justice system.  This is achieved through assessment of needs, individualized goals for each participant, connection  to services as needed, and any other requirements as needed.  The Early Diversion Program can  be helpful to participants. However, the final responsibility is yours. You must be motivated to  comply with requirements designed specifically for you by this program to benefit you.
